THE OPEN Show

The Arts Council of Midland would like to invite you to submit your artwork for exhibition in “The Open Show”. This is a local open call show and artists from around the area are welcome to submit their work. Most visual art mediums are accepted (painting, photography, prints, fiber art, collage, drawing, sculpture) except for performance art, installations, sound and video art (electronic media). Juried Arts Awards with prize money are available, and the three artists who are awarded “Best in Show,” “First Place” and “Second Place” will have an opportunity to present their work in a Trio Showcase exhibition to present a dual show at ACM.

January 5, 2024 - Artwork Submission via Email

January 9, 2024- Acceptance Notification by Email

January 12, 2024- Payment Deadline

January 16, 2024 (9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) - Drop Off Accepted Artwork at ACM

January 18, 2024 (6 p.m.) - Opening Reception and Awards Ceremony

February 25, 2024 - Exhibition Ends

February 27 & 28 (11 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) - Pick Up Artwork
